PRIVACY POLICY – BLUE GROOVE
Last updated: 07-Oct-2026
Website: https://bluegroove.it
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or write to us, why, and what rights you have, under Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and the Italian privacy code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).
1. Who we are
The data controller is BlueStar S.R.L., Piazza Solferino 20, 10121 Torino (TO), Italy, VAT number 13314520019, which runs the Blue Groove brand. For anything about your personal data, write to info@bluegroove.it. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as it is not required for our activity.
2. What data we process and why
a) Browsing data. To deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, the servers that host it process technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, date and time, browser and device. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
b) Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited, from which websites people arrive, and from which countries and devices. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device: visitors are counted through a code that changes every 24 hours and is then discarded, so we only see aggregated figures and cannot identify you or follow you across days or websites. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
c) Contact form and emails. When you use the contact form or write to our addresses (info@bluegroove.it, booking@bluegroove.it), we receive your name, email address, the topic and your message, plus any other information you choose to include. We use them only to reply to you and, for bookings, collaborations or proposals, to evaluate and organise what you ask for. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Name, email and message are needed to reply: without them we cannot answer you. The website does not store messages: they are delivered to our mailbox as emails.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, we do not sell it, we do not add you to mailing lists without your consent, and we make no decisions about you by automated means.
3. Who processes the data for us
Your data is handled by the Blue Groove team members who need it, and by these providers, which act as data processors on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting, security logs, visit statistics and delivery of the contact form.
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italy): email service, where messages from the contact form and emails are received and stored.
We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel Inc. is based in the United States. Transfers to Vercel rely on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as ensuring an adequate level of protection, and on the Standard Contractual Clauses included in its data processing agreement. You can ask us for more information at info@bluegroove.it.
5. How long we keep it
- Browsing data: for the short period set by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, unless it is needed to investigate an attack or abuse.
- Visit statistics: only in aggregated form; the visitor code is discarded after 24 hours.
- Contact messages: up to 12 months after our last exchange. If your request leads to an agreement, such as a booking, we keep what is needed for as long as the law requires, for example 10 years for accounting documents.
6. Tickets, shop and social networks
Tickets are sold on Xceed, and links on this site lead to Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and Google Maps. When you use those services, they process your data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies, which we invite you to read. This website does not embed their content.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, and data portability (Articles 15 to 20 GDPR). You can also object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). Write to info@bluegroove.it: we will reply within one month.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.
8. Minors
This website and our contact channels are not intended for children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not send us your personal data.
9. Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protected by security measures that limit abuse of the contact form. Access to our mailboxes is limited to the people who need it.
10. Cookies
This website does not use cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We will update this policy if the website or the way we process data changes, for example when we open an online shop or a newsletter. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
ITALIANO — Informativa Privacy
INFORMATIVA PRIVACY – BLUE GROOVE
Ultimo aggiornamento: 07-Ott-2026
Sito web: https://bluegroove.it
1. Chi siamo
Il titolare del trattamento è BlueStar S.R.L., Piazza Solferino 20, 10121 Torino (TO), P.IVA 13314520019, che gestisce il marchio Blue Groove. Per qualsiasi questione sui tuoi dati personali scrivi a info@bluegroove.it.
- Aruba S.p.A.
Puoi chiederci maggiori informazioni a info@bluegroove.it.
6. Biglietti, negozio e social network
7. I tuoi diritti
21 GDPR). Scrivi a info@bluegroove.it: ti risponderemo entro un mese.
